The voice recorder has five folders ([&] to [*]) in which recorded files can be saved. These folders provide a handy way to sort recordings into separate categories (such as business and leisure).

Basic recording procedure

1On the [Home] screen, press the 2, 3, 9or 0button, to select [Recorder], then press the `OK button (☞ P.23).

2Press the 2or 3button to select the desired recording folder.

•The newly recorded sound is saved in the selected folder.

3Point the built-in microphone in the direction of the sound to record.

4Press the REC (s) button to start recording.
