Using the direct buttons to operate the camera

There are two ways to use the direct buttons.

1 While holding down a direct		Sub dial

• Release the button to set the function.
After pressing one or two				7
buttons at the same time, turn
the main dial or sub dial

• The function remains selected for approximately 8 seconds. You can turn the dial and set the function during that time. If no operations are performed during that time, the setting for that function is then set. g“BUTTON TIMER” (P. 107)
