The watch has 3 operating modes. Press MODE to toggle between these modes.

time mode

•This mode displays the real-time clock and date.

•To set the time and date, refer to “Time Setting Mode” in Set Up Mode.

stopwatch mode (chrono)

You can take your calorie reading in this mode.
