2.Press OPEN 
on top of the sys- tem. TRACK 00 appears on the display and the CD compartment door opens.

5.To begin play, press 
(or PLAY/ PAUSE on the remote control). TRACK 01 then the elapsed play time appears, and the CD begins to play.

Caution: Do not try to force the CD door open. You might damage it.
3.Carefully place a CD, label side up, in the compartment.
