Items Description
Volatile CurrSize The current number of log messages in the volatile
portion of the system log message facility. Messages
that are classified as volatile are lost upon system
re-initialization.
Volatile Save Targets Specifies the type of log messages to be saved in the
log message buffer facilities. Messages are classified
based on their type:
Critical - Specifies that only critical messages be
saved to volatile storage.
Critical/Serious - Specifies that both critical and
serious messages be saved to volatile storage.
Critical/Serious/Informational - Causes all log
messages be saved when the log message is
entered into the system.
None - Specifies that no log messages will be
stored in volatile memory.
Non-Volatile CurrSize The current number of log messages in the non-volatile
portion of the system log message facility. Messages
that are classified as non-volatile are not lost upon
system re-initialization.
Non-Volatile Save
Targets Specifies the type of log messages to be saved in the
log message buffer facilities. Messages are classified
based on their type:

saved to non-volatile storage.
