To check the type of battery

1 Press the MODE CHECK button.

While this button is held down, the type of battery is displayed in the remaining battery charge display area.

The type of battery is displayed here.

To select the type of battery

1 When the MENU SET/OFF switch is set to SET while the HOLD button is pressed, the battery selection menu appears on the screen.

Press the SHIFT/ITEM button, and move the arrow (cursor) to BATTERY SEL.

Press the UP or DOWN button to select the type of battery.
