Used to set the input format of HD-SDI.

size and the matrix used.
Select 1080/60I and 1035/60I even in case of 1080/59.94I and

*2) Select 1080/24psF even in case of 1080/23.98psF signal input.
The status will be correctly displayed on the screen.
*3) Select 720/60P even in case of 720/59.94P signal input.
The status will be correctly displayed on the screen.
