※: When replace the gear motor assy.,joint,damper,spring,and casing assy.,please remove joint first.Due to the position of joint is not unique,the machine will not work or gear motor assy. would possibly damage if damper is installed in wrong position.

Please adjust the damper to heat mode during installation.

Put the spring onto the joint (Insert the spring to the joint’s slot and make sure that the spring is in correct position,please refer to the figure below).

When figure 2 is finished,put the gear motor assy. into the casing assy. One side of spring shall be covered to the slot in damper,another side of spring shall be fixed into the slot in casing assy. And cross-section of joint D should be matched with cross-section of damper D.Move the damper after finished the installation, the damper will be come back to original position automatically if installation correct.
