Playing data discs

[WMA] [MP3] [JPEG]

You can play JPEG files on DVD-RAM or play HighMAT discs without using the HighMAT function (‹ page 23, “Play as Data Disc” in Other Menu).

∫Using playback menus (except JPEG files on DVD-RAM)

1Press [TOP MENU].

2Press [3 4] to select “All”, “Audio” or

2Press [3 4] to move through the tracks

and press [ENTER].

≥Press [SHIFT]i[PAGE] to skip 10 lines at a time.

Using the submenu [WMA] [MP3] [JPEG]

1 While the menu is displayed

Press [DISPLAY].

Items shown differ depending on the type of software.

Using navigation menus

“Picture” and press [ENTER].

≥To exit the screen

Press [TOP MENU].

2Press [3 4 2 1] to select the group or audio/picture content and press [ENTER].

Select a JPEG file first, and then select tracks. (The opposite order is not effective.)

∫Searching by content or group title [WMA] [MP3] [JPEG]

Place the cursor on the group title to search a group, or place the

cursor on the content title to search contents.

1 Select “Find” (‹ above).

2Press [3 4] to select a character and press [ENTER].

≥Repeat to enter another characters. ≥Lower case is also searched.

≥Press [6 5] to skip between A, E, I, O and U. ≥Press [2] to erase a character.

≥Erase the asterisk (¢) to search for the titles starting with that character.

3Press [1] to select “Find” and press [ENTER]. The search result screen appears.

4Press [3 4] to select the content or group and press [ENTER].
