≥HD Writer AE 4.0 is not available for Mac.

≥iMovie’11 supported. For details about iMovie’11, please contact Apple Inc.

≥iMovie’11 is not compatible with 1080/60p. 1080/60p scenes cannot be imported to a Mac. jFor users who have HC-V700 , it cannot acquire the scenes recorded in 1080/60p.

Record in normal recording mode when importing to Mac.

jFor users who have HC-V700M , convert the scene with [ ] before importing. (l 109)

≥Even if the system requirements mentioned in this owner’s manual are fulfilled, some PCs cannot be used.

≥The USB equipment operates with the driver installed as standard in the OS.

≥Supplied CD-ROM is available for Windows only.

∫Copying still pictures on PC

1 Connect this unit to a PC via the supplied USB cable.

≥The USB function selection screen will appear.

2 Touch [PC] on the screen of this unit.

≥This unit is automatically recognized as an external drive of Mac.

≥When you select an option other than [PC], reconnect the USB cable.

≥When using the battery, the LCD monitor turns off after about 5 seconds. Touch the screen to turn the LCD monitor on.

3 Double-click [CAM_SD] displayed on the desktop.

≥For users who have HC-V700M , [CAM_SD] and [CAM_MEM] are displayed on the desktop.

≥Files are stored in [100CDPFQ] or [102CDPFR] folder etc. in the [DCIM] folder.

4 Using a drag-and-drop operation, move the pictures you want to acquire or the folder storing those pictures to any different folder on the PC.

∫To disconnect USB cable safely

Drag [CAM_SD] disk icon to the [Trash], and then disconnect the USB cable.

≥For users who have HC-V700M , [CAM_SD] and [CAM_MEM] are displayed on the desktop.

≥The still picture of MPO format is not compatible with Mac.
