Greeting Message Playing Back Pre-Recorded/Your Own Greeting Message
If you do not record your own greeting message, one of two pre-recorded greeting
messages will be played. A pre-recorded greeting message depends on the selecting of
same phone caller’s recording time.
When the recording time is set to “1 Minute” or “No Limit” (30 minutes).
-“Hello, we are not available now. Please leave your name and phone number after the beep.
We will return your call.”
When the recording time is set to “Greeting Only”.
-“Hello, we are not available now. Please call again. Thank you for your call.”
Recording Your Own Greeting Message
Selecting the Caller’s Recording Time
•The factory preset is “No Limit”.

(or move).

Operation”.

Record Greeting
Message. 20 cm
away from the Mic.

finish recording, then the
recorded message is
played back.
