Renaming a programme channel

Move to the Name column
Choose the new character.The box at the bottom of the
screen shows the character currently selected.
Move to the next character position
Continueuntil renaming is done
Press STRto store the new name

Lockinga programme channel

You may wish to lock a programmechannel to prevent
access to it
Move to the Lock column
Choose between Lock On or Lock Off
Press STRto store the new setting
Note:
DWhen a programme position is locked, Direct
ChannelAccess using the Cand numeric buttons on
theremote control is not available

Changing the sound system for a channel

Youcan change the sound system used for a programme
channel
Move to the Sys column
Choosethe required sound system:
SC1 : PALB,G,H/SECAMB,G
SC2 : PAL I
SC3 : PAL D, K / SECAM D, K
F:SECAML/L’
Press STRto store the new setting

Copying programme information to a VCR

Youcan copy programmeinformation to a compatible VCR
connectedto AV2 (see page 28 for connection information)
Pressthe blue button.
Programme data will now be sent to theVCR. This might
takea few seconds,depending on the number of stations
stored. If the message“Unable to download, check your
VCR” appears on the screen, the television is unable to
sendthe pro gramme information to the VCR. See the VCR
instructionbook for further information.
