Address Book

•Push in on joystick to save an item in the Speed Dial list.

To edit Speed Dial

❶If you want to edit a particular item in the speed dial list, move the cursor to the item and press the [Edit] Soft key ([]]) to update the item.

❷Press the [Options] Soft key ([[]) to select the language and search for Spanish or French. (English is the default selection.)

❸Push in on joystick to save an item in the Speed Dial list.

To remove from Speed Dial

If you want to remove a particular item in the speed dial list, move the cursor to the item and press the Soft key ([[]) to remove an item.

To set Speed Dial in Name Search

Press the [Menu] Soft key, select 8.Address Book, and then select 1.Name Search.

❶Press the [z/x] key or push the joystick Up [u] or Down [d] to select a person.

❷To add Speed Dial, press the [Options] key and select the [Add to Speed Dial] option in the list.

❸Press the [z/x] key or push the joystick Up [u] or Down

Group

This function is used to configure the settings for the four predefined caller groups: Family, Friends, Business, and VIP.

Press the [Menu] Soft key, select 8.Address Book, and then select 4.Groups.

To manage the Groups, press the [Options] Soft key ([[]) to select from the following functions.

•Group Ringtones: Set a Group, Melody, and Photo.

•Rename: Rename a group in the user defined group.

•Delete: Delete the selected groups in the user defined group.

NOTE The Rename and Delete menus do not appear in the Default Group.

Press the [New] Soft key ([]]) to set a new group.

Memory in Use

This function enables you to specify whether you want to save your entry information on your Phone, on your SIM Card, or on either Phone or SIM.
