Resolución de problemas

En caso de que tenga algún problema con su teléfono, consulte el siguiente apartado de resolución de problemas. Si el problema no se soluciona, póngase en contacto con su proveedor o con el centro de atención al cliente más cercano.

Si aparece el mensaje “Inserte la tarjeta SIM”:

Compruebe que la tarjeta SIM está bien instalada. Compruebe que la tarjeta SIM funciona correctamente. Si no funciona, intente limpiar los puntos de contacto de la tarjeta. Si está estropeada, llévela al centro de atención al cliente más cercano.

Si aparece el mensaje “Teléfono bloqueado Introduzca la contraseña”:

Introduzca la contraseña del teléfono. Si no recuerda la contraseña, diríjase al centro de atención al cliente más cercano.

Si aparece el mensaje “Introduzca el código PIN1”:

Introduzca el código PIN1. Si no lo recuerda, diríjase al centro de atención al cliente más cercano. Aunque introduzca un código PIN1 erróneo tres veces consecutivas y su teléfono quede bloqueado todavía podrá recibir llamadas.

Si aparece el mensaje “Sin servicio” o “Error de red":

Verifique el estado del SSI (Indicador de Intensidad de Señal). Si no tiene cobertura en zonas bajo tierra o en edificios donde la señal se debilita, pruébelo en otro lugar. En caso de que aún así no pueda establecer conexión con la red, diríjase al centro de atención al cliente más cercano.

Resolución de problemas

Si el sonido es de baja calidad:

Finalice la llamada y vuelva a intentarlo.

Si el receptor no puede oírle:

Puede ser que tenga activada la opción Mudo. Desactive la función Mudo.

Si la batería dura menos de lo habitual:

Es normal que ocurra si se encuentra en una zona con poca cobertura. Apague el teléfono cuando no lo necesite. Cambie la batería cuando esté agotada.

Si su teléfono no se enciende:

Asegúrese de que la batería está cargada. Compruebe que su teléfono funciona mientras carga la batería.

Si no puede enviar un mensaje:

Puede que no tenga contratado un servicio de mensajería SMS, o bien que se encuentre en un lugar donde su proveedor de servicios no ofrezca esta opción.

Si no consigue hacer una llamada:

Puede que tenga activada la opción “Marcación fija”. Desactive la opción “Marcación fija”.

Si no puede cargar la batería:

Puede ser a consecuencia de uno de los siguientes tres puntos:

1Su cargador está estropeado. Diríjase a su distribuidor más cercano.

2La temperatura es demasiado alta o baja para su teléfono. Intente cargar la batería en otro lugar.
