POLIZA DE GARANTIA

PANTECH MOBILE MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. garantiza este producto por el tiempo de un año (12 meses) para el teléfono y medio año (6 meses) para la batería y todos sus accesorios, mano de obra y para cualquier defecto de fabricación, a partir de la fecha de compra bajo las siguientes condiciones:

Para hacer efectiva la garantía no podrá exigirse mayor requisito que la presentación del producto, y la póliza correspondiente debidamente llena y sellada por el establecimiento donde lo adquirió.

La empresa se compromete a reparar o a cambiar el producto defectuoso sin ningún cargo para el consumidor cubriendo los gastos derivados de esta garantía.

Para hacer válida esta garantía acuda al lugar donde adquirió su teléfono celular PANTECH.

LIMITE DE GARANTIA

Los productos de la marca PANTECH MOBILE MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. están diseñados bajo un estricto control de calidad. Si el producto tiene algún defecto de fabricación envíelo a nuestro centro de servicio autorizado.

Esta garantía ampara defectos de fabricación y no procede en los casos que a continuación se detallan:

a)Cuando el producto se hubiese utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales.

b)Cuando el producto no hubiese sido operado de acuerdo con las indicaciones en el instructivo de uso que se le acompaña.

c)Cuando el producto hubiese sido alterado o reparado por personas no autorizadas por PANTECH MOBILE MÉXICO, S.A. DE C.V.

Para adquirir partes o refacciones del producto en nuestros centros de servicios autorizados puede llamar al “centro de atención a clientes” en México 01- 800-PANTECH (01 800 726 8324)

Esta garantía ampara todos sus componentes, mano de obra sin costo para el consumidor.
