8CONNECTING YOUR D 200

Making Connections

The connector jacks on various components often have different names, so read the operating instructions of each component to make sure you are identifying the correct jacks by the names we use on the D 200 and in this manual.

Jacks on the units and the plugs on your video and audio cables are usually color coded to simplify hookup. Be sure to connect the same color plugs to their corresponding jacks.

Don’t attach the D 200’s AC cord yet. You will do this after all the other connections are made.
