a.Configure any unallocated drives.

(1)Right-click the first unformatted disk in the contents pane (labeled Unallocated). A shortcut menu appears.

(2)Click New Partition.

b.Perform a quick format.

(1)Click Next four times.

(2)Select the “Perform a quick format” check box.

(3)Click Next, and then click Finish.
