Registering Functions

You can register the functions you use most frequently on the four-way controller. The functions can then be set directly by pressing the four-way controller, without displaying the [Rec.Mode] menu.

Registering a function

zSelect [Fn Setting] on the [ Set-up] menu.

xPress the four-way controller ().

The Fn Setting screen will be displayed.

cUse the four-way controller () to choose the key where you want to register a function.

vUse the four-way controller () to choose the function you want to register.

If you do not want to register a function, select Off.

bPress the OK button twice.

The camera is ready to capture or play back images.

• Only one function can be registered on each key of the four-

•You can choose from the following 11 functions: Recorded Pixels, Quality Level, White Balance, Focusing Area, AE Metering, Sensitivity, Digital Zoom, Instant Review, Sharpness, Saturation and Contrast.
