Protecting Images from Deletion (Protect)

You can protect images/sound from being accidentally erased.

zEnter the Playback mode and choose the image/sound you want to protect with the four-way controller ().

x Press the

• Select [Unprotect] in step c to release the Protect setting.

memo • If the image is protected, the symbol is displayed when the image/sound is played back.

Protecting All Images/Sound

You can protect all the images/sound.

zEnter the Playback mode.

xPress the button twice.

The protect all images & sounds screen will be displayed.

cPress the four-way controller (). The frame will move to [Protect].

vPress the OK button.

Select [Unprotect] in step c above to cancel the Protect setting memo on all the images.

Caution Even protected images/sound will be erased by formatting the SD Memory Card/MultiMediaCard.
