Setting the Shooting Functions

Changing the Mode

Capture mode is for taking pictures and Playback mode is for playing back or erasing images. Press the Playback/OK button to change the mode between Capture mode and Playback mode. Pressing the shutter release button halfway during Playback mode also moves the camera to Capture mode.

Selecting the Capture Mode

		Standard mode	All settings can be made at your	p.22, 49
			choice when taking a picture.
		Picture mode	Settings are made according to	p.50

		Night-scene mode	This mode is for taking dark	p.52
			scenes such as night views.
