Taking Stereo Pictures (3D Image Mode)You can take 3D pictures using the LCD monitor and view them by the parallel method or cross method (p.58). If you print out the 3D pictures and look at them through the 3D image viewer provided, the image will appear in three dimensions.
zSet the Mode dial to .
The LCD monitor screen is divided in two. The left half screen is for taking the first picture.
xPress the Menu button.
The [Rec. Mode] menu will be displayed.

Hold the camera so that the subject is in the center of the left half screen, and press the shutter release button. The picture is displayed in the left half screen of the LCD monitor. The right half screen is for taking the second picture.
