Protecting Images from Deletion (Protect)

You can protect images from being accidentally erased.

zEnter the Playback mode and choose the image you want to protect with the four-way controller ( ).

x Press the		button.
	The Protect screen will be				100-0020


	displayed.
c Select [Protect] with the four-way				Protect
	controller ().			Protect
	controller ().			Unprotect
v	Press the Playback/OK button.		ALL
v	Press the Playback/OK button.

• Select [Unprotect] in step c above to release the Protect

memo setting.

•If the image is protected, the symbol is displayed when the image is played back.

Protecting All Images

You can protect all the images.

zEnter the Playback mode.xPress the button twice.

The Protect all screen will be displayed.

cSelect [Protect All] with the four-way controller ().

vPress the Playback/OK button.

• Even protected images will be erased by formatting the

memo	CF card.
