Sv.: Der er lagt en beskyttende coating på LCD-skærmens overflade, der er holdbar til en vis grad (svarende ca. til hårdhedsgraden af en 2H blyant). Generelt frarådes det at udsætte panelets overflade for hårde stød eller ridser.

Sp.: Hvordan skal jeg rengøre LCD-overfladen?

Sv.: Anvend en ren, blød klud til normal rengøring. Til en mere omfattende rengøring anvendes isopropylalkohol. Benyt ikke andre opløsningsmidler som for eksempel etylakohol, ethanol, acetone, heksan, osv.

Sp.: Kan jeg skifte farveindstilling på min skærm ?

Sv.: Ja, du kan skifte dine farveindstillinger gennem OSD kontrolen, som følgende procedure beskriver,

1.Tryk på "OK" for at vise OSD (On Screen Display) menu

2.Tryk på "Pil-ned"for at vælge option "Farve" tryk derefter på "OK" for at komme ind i farveindstillinger, der er fem indstillinger som vist nedenfor.

a.6500K; denne indstiling giver din skærm en rød-hvid farvetone .

b.9300K; denne indstiling giver din skærm en blå-hvid farvetone .

c.Original; Denne indstilling indlæser stadardindstillingerne for

skærmen, når det drejer sig om farvetone . (Bemærk: andre skærmfabrikanter kan bruge en anden farvetemperatur *)

d. sRGB; Dette er en standardindstiling for at sikre korrekt udveksling af farver imellem forskelige enheder (fx. digitale kameraer, skærme, printere, scannere etc.)

e. Brugerdefineret; Brugeren kan vælge hans/hendes foretrukne farveindstiling ved at justere rød, grøn og blå farve.

*Et mål for den farve som et lysende objekt udstråler, når det bliver opvarmet. Dette mål bliver udtrykt efter en absolut skala , (grader Kelvin). Lavere Kevin temperaturer såsom 2004K er røde; højere temperaturer såsom 9300K er blå. Neutral temperaturer er hvid, ved 6504K.
