Before you connec t the TV to the power
outlet, ensur e that the power voltage
matches the value p rinted on the back
of the TV. Never connec t the TV to the
power outlet if the vo ltage is different .

Never place the TV o n a surface covered
by a cloth or other mater ial that can be
pulled away.
Ensure that no par t of the TV hangs over
the edge of the sur face.

as a bookcase) with out anchoring both
the furnitur e and TV to the wall or a
suitable support.
Educate childre n about the dangers of
climbing on furn iture to reach the TV.

Never install t he TV in a con ned space.
Always leave a space of at le ast 4 inches
or 10 cm around the TV fo r ventilation.
Ensure curt ains or other objects ne ver
cover the ventilati on slots on the TV.

Never place the TV o r any objects on the
power cord.
To easily disconnect t he TV power cord
from the power out let, ensure that you
have full access to the powe r cord at all
times.
When you disconnec t the power cord,
always pull the plug , never the cable.
Disconnect the T V from the power
outlet and anten na before lightning
storms. Dur ing lightning stor ms, never
touch any part of t he TV, power cord or
antenna cable.
