This section describes how to install an external pay-per-view box.
Step1: Set the communication mode
You must setup the correct communication protocol before you
connect the Pay-Per-View box to the TV. This section describes how to
select the communication mode.
1 Press M on the setup r emote control.
2 Press to select COMMUNIC ATION.
3 Press to enter the COMMUNIC ATION menu.
4 Press to select SP-SPI.
5 Press to select STORE.
6 Press to store your setting.
Step2: Connect the pay-per-view box
Note
• Turn off your TV befo re you connect the pay- per-view box.
1 Insert the R J12 cable of the Pay-Per-View box into t he DATA 1
(RJ12) connector of the T V.
2 Connect the oth er cables as directe d by the Pay-Per-View
provider.
3 After complet ing the connections of the c ables, turn on the T V.
4 Press RECALL on t he setup remote control an d check that the
status of SP-S PI is ONLINE. If t he status is OFFLINE , check that
the RJ12 cable and the conn ections between th e terminal and
the TV are cor rect.
