settings
This section describes how to congure the advanced settings for the
TV such as volume, channel, picture format, power mode, picture, sound,
security, control, ratings, and hotel information.

Access the conguration menu

1 Press M on the setup r emote control to display the s etup menu.
2 Press to select CONFI GURATION.
3 Press to select one of the fo llowing to congure the
settings:
• SWITCH ON/OSD: Set s the default value for se ttings such
as volume, chann el, picture format , and power mode. These
values are used w hen the TV is switched o n.
• PICTURE/SO UND: Sets the p icture and sound set tings for
the TV.
• SECURITY: Sets t he level of security by cong uring the
settings such a s, TV lock, RC lock , decryption control a nd
V-track.
• CONTROL: Sets the co ntrol settings such a s ESP, Smart
Guide, and Smar tWindow.
• SMARTFEATURES: Se ts the SmartPower, USB br eak-
in, Smart Guide Category, Smar tUpdate, and sof tware
download setti ngs.
• AUDIO FEATURES: Se ts the correct audi o source.
• CC/V-CHIP: S ets the closed caption se ttings and ratings .
• HOTEL INFORMATION: S et the hotel information
including hotel nam e and room number.
