This section describes the advanced features of your TV.
6.1Remote control overview

1. . POWER
Switches the TV on from standby or back to standby.
2.SOURCE
Selects connected devices.
3.DUALI-II
Selects Mono, Stereo, Dual I, Dual II, Nicam Mono, Nicam Stereo, Nicam Dual I, Nicam Dual II.

The sound mode selections depend on TV program and broadcast TV channel of that region.
4.FORMAT
Selects a picture format. See Change Picture format section.
5.CURSOR BUTTONS Î ï Í Æ
To navigate through the menus.
6.SMART MODE Selects a picture setting.
7.CH +/-
Switches to the next or previous channel.
8.NUMBER BUTTONS
Selects a channel, page or setting.
9.A/CH
Returns to the
10.STATUS/EXIT
Displays programme information, if available.
11.VOL +/-
Increases or decreases volume.
12.MUTE
Mutes or restores sound.
13.MENU
Toggles the menu on or off.
14.OK
Press to activate a setting.
15.INCR. SURR
Adds greater depth and dimension to the TV sound.
16.SLEEP
Sets the TV to turn itself off within a certain time.
6.2Use teletext of the remote control
1. Teletext on/off
2. Teletext hold
Freezes the teletext page.
3. Teletext reveal/conceal
Toggles between conceal and reveal mode.
4. Teletext enlarge
Enlarges context to two times larger.

These four color buttons allow you to access the item or the page indicated by corresponding color in teletext.
