Switch channels
Press • CH +/- on the remote contr ol or
P/CH +/- on the side of the T V.
Enter a channel number u sing the •
Numeric b uttons .
Press • OK to use the channel g rid.
Press • BACK A/CH on t he remote
control to ret urn to the previous chan nel.
Note
Whe n you use a favourite lis t, you can only •
select tho se channels in the list (see ‘Sele ct a
favorite li st’ on page 11 ) .
Switch channels with the channel grid
Th e channel grid allows you to vi ew all
available chan nels in a grid format.
1 Press OK .
The channel grid appears. »
2 Press to browse the cha nnel grid
and preview a cha nnel.
The channel content is displayed after »
about two seconds.
3 Press OK to select a cha nnel.
4 Use your TV This section helps you perform basic TV
operations (see ‘Use more of your TV’ on page
9 ) .
Switch your TV on/off or to
standby
To sw itc h on
If the standby indic ator is off, press •
( Power ) at th e side of the TV.
If the standby indic ator is red, press •
( Standby-On ) on th e remote control.
To switch to standby
Press • ( Standby-On ) on the remote
control.
The standby indicator switches to red. »
To switch off
Press • ( Powe r ) at the side of th e TV.
The standby indicator switches off. »
Tip
Thou gh your TV consumes ve ry little powe r •
when in standby, energy continues to be
consumed. W hen not in use for an ext ended
period of tim e, disconnect the T V power cable
from the powe r outlet.
