Putting Batteries

in the Remote Control

Remove the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the remote control by sliding it in the direction of the arrow.

Place two AA batteries inside the battery compartment with their + and – ends aligned as indicated.

Replace the battery compartment cover.

Handling discs

Always hold the disc by the edge, and keep it in its case when it is not in use. Fingerprints and scratches on the disc’s surface can prevent the laser beam from correctly reading the digital information.

Using the Remote Control

Point the remote control at the Compact Disc Changer’s remote sen- sor, making sure to stay within the angle shown.

Do not put objects between the remote control and the Compact Disc Changer.
