4 Ensure that car da shboard opening is

within these measurements:

5 Install the sl eeve into the dashboard a nd

bend the tabs ou tward to ﬁ x the sleeve.

Note

Skip this ste p if the unit is not ﬁ xed by sleeve •

but by supplied sc rews.

4 Connect the su pplied standard con nector

to the unit.

1 If the car does not have a n on-board

drive or navigat ion computer, disconnect

the negative ter minal of the car batter y.

If you disconnect th e car battery in •

a car that has an on- board drive or

navigation compu ter, the computer

may lose its memor y.

If the car batte ry is not disconnected , •

to avoid short-ci rcuit, ensure that

bare wires do not tou ch each other.

2 Remove the two screw s on the top of the

unit.

3 Remove the mounting s leeve with the

supplied disas sembly tools.
