A Aim the remote control directly at the remote sensor (iR) on the front panel.

A Open the battery compartment.

B Insert two batteries type R06 or AA, following the indications (+-) inside the compartment.

C Close the cover.

CAUTION!

Remove batteries if they are exhausted or if the remote control is not to be used for a long time.

Do not mix batteries (old and new or carbon and alkaline, etc.).

Batteries contain chemical substances, so they should be disposed of properly.

B Select the source you wish to control by pressing TUNER or DISC MENU button.

C Select the desired function (for example, ).

Using the alphanumeric keypad to enter the characters

Press a number button as often as the required character or the number appears.

To enter language-dependent

characters, pressoron the corresponding character, e.g.,: ‘å’ press

button {2} for ‘a’ and then pressuntil ‘å’ appears.

To enter special symbols, press button {1} repeatedly.

To select between big and small letter, press a/A.

To enter a space, press button {1}.
