Video setup
[TV System] - Select a TV system that m atches your TV. By default, t his setting matches comm on
TVs in your country.
[Aspect ratio] - Select a display ratio that matches you r TV screen.
[Progressive] - Enable or disable the progressi ve scan mode on this player.
[Picture Setting] - Select a predefin ed setting for pictur e color, or customize the setti ng.
[HD JPEG] - Enable this featur e to view high-definit ion pictures throu gh HDMI connection .
[HDMI Setup] - Set the options for HDMI connec tion.
• [Resolution] - Select a resolution for high d efinition videos.
• [HDMI Deep Color] - Create vivid images with mor e color details when th e video content is
recorded in Deep Color and t he TV support s this feature.
• [Wide Screen] - Select a display fo rmat for wide screen vid eos.
• [EasyLink Setup] - This player supports Philips EasyLink which uses the HDMI CEC (Consumer
Electronics Contr ol) protocol. You can use a single re mote control to control Ea syLink
compliant devices that ar e connected through H DMI.
• [EasyLink] - Enable or disable the Easy Link feature.
• [1 Touch Play] - After you enable this feature , the connected HDMI C EC TV automaticall y
switches to the HDMI inp ut channel when you play a disc .
• [1 Touch Standby] - After you enable this feature, you can press a nd hold on the remote
control of your player to switch a ll connected HDMI CEC d evices to standby mode
simultaneously.
