Problem (Playback) | Solution |
No sound during DivX® movies playback.
An DivX® movies does not repeat.
Certain DivX® files does not play or are skipped.
No audio output from HDMI connection.
No video output from HDMI connection.
–The audio codec may not be supported by this unit.
–Check that file size of the movie does not exceed the file size of the disc during downloading.
–Check that the DivX movie downloaded is a complete file.
–Make sure the file name extension is correct. You can check this using a computer with
–The player is designed to play DVD, VCD, CD audio, MP3 and DivX® discs only. Other digital audio formats such as liquid audio, RM (RealMedia), WAV or non- audio files like ‘.doc’, ‘.txt’, ‘.pdf’ are not supported.
–Try to play the problem DivX® files on a computer. If they do not work, the source file appears to be corrupted.
–Try to download the file again from a different source. If you have created the file yourself, save it with the correct settings.
–You will not hear any sound from the HDMI output if the source device is only DVI/HDCP
–It is not possible to output or
–Make sure that the audio output setting is not turned off. See ‘Setup Menu Options - { Audio Setup Page - HDMI Audio Setup }’ for details.
–HDMI connection can only be made to HDMI- equipped devices with HDCP (High Bandwidth Digital Content Protection). If you wish to connect to a DVI connector (equipped with HDCP), you need a separate adaptor (DVI to HDMI).
–Make sure the resolution of this unit matches the device you have connected using the HDMI. See ‘Setup Menu Options - { Video Setup Page - HDMI Video Setup }’ for details.
