De SENSEO® Latte Select-koffiemachine biedt u heerlijke koffiespecialiteiten met vers opgeschuimde melk. U hebt de keuze uit cappuccino, latte macchiato, caffè latte en de gewone zwarte SENSEO® koffie – en dat alles met één druk op de knop.

Om zeker te zijn van een volle, ronde koffiesmaak, dient u aan het volgende te denken:

Vers water

Gebruik elke dag vers water.

Verse koffiepads

Gebruik de SENSEO® koffiepads die speciaal door Douwe Egberts voor uw SENSEO® koffiemachine zijn ontwikkeld om die volle, ronde smaak te krijgen. De Douwe Egberts SENSEO® koffiepads blijven langer vers als u deze in een hermetisch afsluitbaar opbergblik bewaart.

Een schone koffiemachine

Maak uw koffiemachine regelmatig schoon zoals is beschreven in hoofdstukken ‘De melkreservoirunit schoonmaken’ en ‘De machine schoonmaken’.Verwijder gebruikte koffiepads na het koffiezetten. Als u de machine enige tijd niet hebt gebruikt, moet u de machine doorspoelen voordat u deze weer gaat gebruiken (zie ‘De koffiemachine doorspoelen’ in hoofdstuk ‘De machine schoonmaken’).

Voor een betrouwbare werking van de melkreservoirunit en keer op keer goede opschuimresultaten is het heel belangrijk dat u de 2 onderstaande reinigingsprocedures volgt:

1Spoel de melkreservoirunit door nadat u een cappuccino, latte

macchiato of caffè latte hebt gezet (zie ‘Doorspoelen na elk gebruik met de Clean-knop’ in hoofdstuk ‘De melkreservoirunit schoonmaken’).

2Reinig het melkreservoir en het deksel grondig als u het melkreservoir die dag niet opnieuw gaat gebruiken (zie ‘Alle onderdelen

schoonmaken na het laatste gebruik van de dag’ in hoofdstuk ‘De melkreservoirunit schoonmaken’).

Voor de beste resultaten op de lange termijn moet u de machine regelmatig ontkalken volgens de instructies in hoofdstuk ‘Ontkalken’. De CALC CLEAN-indicator geeft aan wanneer ontkalken vereist is. Gebruik altijd een ontkalker op basis van citroenzuur, bijvoorbeeld de ontkalker die speciaal voor SENSEO® koffiemachines is ontwikkeld. Gebruik geen blanke azijn om uw SENSEO® machine te ontkalken!
