ONLY UNPLUG YOUR PSA WHEN THE 
DISPLAY HAS STOPPED SCROLLING COMPLETELY.

for Windows users:
1click the Eject Hardware icon 
in the Windows task bar and select Stop USB Mass Storage Device... from the
