Remote Control a STANDBY-ON

– Turns on the recorder or switch to
standby mode.
b OPEN/CLOSE
– Opens/closes the disc tray.
c HDD
– Enters the HDD content menu.
d DISC
– Switches to disc mode or displays the
disc content menu.
e DV
– Switches to ‘camera mode’ for camcorder
connecting to DV IN jack. Recording can
be made directly onto the HDD/DVD.
f TV TUNER
– Switches to the recorder’s tuner mode
(TV channel.)
g FM/AUX
– Switches to the FM source for FM radio
reception or the AUX source for
listening to a device connecting to the
AUX IN L/R jacks at the rear of the
subwoofer.
h CAM/EXT
– Selects the recorder’s video input source
from the TV channel or external sources
(EXT 1, EXT 2, CAM 1).
i TV/DVD (unavailable for this

j T/C
– Goes direct to the desired title, chapter
(track) or time.

– Cursor buttons for moving to the left/
right.
– In time shift mode, use button to
jump forward 30 seconds and button
to jump backward by 10 seconds.

– Stores/con rms an entry.
– Con rms a selection.
m SETUP
– Enters/exits the system setup menu.
n INFO
– Displays the Time Shift video bar. It
shows the timing of the TV programs
stored in the temporary HDD storage.
