Resolução de problemas

Se ocorrer uma avaria, verifique primeiro os pontos a seguir indicados antes de levar o aparelho para reparação.

Se não conseguir resolver um problema seguindo estas sugestões, consulte o revendedor ou o centro encarregado da assistência.

ATENÇÃO: Em nenhuma circunstância deverá você mesmo tentar reparar o aparelho, já que tal invalidaria a garantia.

Não há som

– Verifique se a ficha do transformador CA/CC está

 

completamente inserida na tomada CA e se o conector

 

CC está correctamente inserido no conector de entrada

 

de 12 volts CC, que se encontra na parte de trás do

 

transmissor.

 

– Verifique se o interruptor de ligar/desligar dos

 

auscultadores se encontra na posição de ligado.

 

– As pilhas dos auscultadores estão a ficar fracas.

 

(Vide Alimentação de corrente para os auscultadores)

 

– Verifique se a fonte de áudio está ligada.

 

– O volume não está regulado. Regule o volume na fonte

 

de áudio/ nos auscultadores para um nível mais alto.

 

– Ajuste a frequência de sintonização dos auscultadores.

 

– Utilize o transmissor SHC1300. Alguns transmissores já

 

incorporados noutro equipamento poderão não ser

 

compatíveis com os auscultadores SHC1300 devido à

 

tecnologia avançada que os auscultadores SHC1300

 

utilizam.

Som com distorção – As pilhas dos auscultadores estão a ficar fracas. (Vide Alimentação de corrente para os auscultadores)

–Certifique-se de que o volume da fonte de áudio/ dos auscultadores não está demasiado alto. Baixe o volume.

–Está demasiado longe do transmissor.

Aproxime-se mais do transmissor.

–Interferência de lâmpadas fluorescentes ou de outras fontes de rádio. Desloque o transmissor ou os auscultadores para outro local.

–Utilize o transmissor SHC1300. Alguns transmissores já incorporados noutro equipamento poderão não ser compatíveis com os auscultadores SHC1300 devido à tecnologia avançada que os auscultadores SHC1300 utilizam.
