Removing the Shield and Wick
1.Remove the moistener as described on page
2.Pull up and remove the shield and wick
from the moistener tank.
3. Separate wick from the shield. Clean the wick in plain water, and rinse thoroughly.
4. Place the wick back into the shield.

5.Reinstall the wick and holder assembly into the moistener.
6.Reinstall the moistener. Push down on the blue release lever on the moistener.

7.Separate wick from the shield. Clean the wick in plain water, and rinse thoroughly.
Reinstall the Moistener Tank
1.Line up the yellow tab with the yellow slot.
2.Slide the moistener tank into position on the mailing machine base until the release lever snaps into position. See the figure at right.
3.Resume operation.
