Connecting Optional Stereo Speakers

1.Connect the supplied audio cable to the line-out port of the computer’s audio card.

2.Connect the other end of the audio cable to the monitor’s line-in port (see Figure 5, which also shows the video cable attached).

3.Adjust the sound volume of the stereo speakers by using the volume control function on the OSD.

Note: Planar does not recommend using the audio from the monitor speakers as the exclusive audio source in medical applications— especially as an alarm indicator.
