to the Plinius 9200 inputs, select the line input chosen above on the receiver (eg. ‘Line 1’) and operate the receiver as normal. You will be able to set the Plinius 9200 volume control to a level that will allow the loudness of its source components to match those from the receiver. All volume control adjustment for the system should then be done via the receiver’s volume control.
BYPASSING THE RECEIVER OR PROCESSOR
You may wish to listen to the best possible two channel sound from sources connected to the Plinius 9200 even when it is interconnected with a receiver as described above. In this case simply reach behind the Plinius 9200 and toggle the processor switch to ‘bypass only’. With the switch in this position the external receiver is out of circuit and you can enjoy the full two channel capabilities of the Plinius 9200.

In order to record music to tape, or some other line level recording device, these devices will need to be connected to the tape 1 and tape 2 outputs. Turn the record selector on the front panel to the input you wish to record from, and the amplifier will now send signal to both tape 1 and tape 2 outputs. Note that the volume control does not adjust the recording level - this is done at the recording device itself.
USING PRE OUT
A line level output is provided on the back of the Plinius 9200. If you wish to use the Plinius 9200 as a
