you return your equipment for repair, please call Polaroid Customer Service from within the U.S.A. at

1-800-432-5355, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern Time. In Canada, call 1-800-268-6970. We can help you determine what is at fault, and advise you on how and where to get service in the quickest and most convenient way.
