Troubleshooting

Symptom

Check Item to See If:

 

-disc tray is closed.

 

-disc is loaded.

 

-disc is dirty or warped. If it is, clean it or press it.

The player cannot play.

-the player’s region code is the same as region code of

 

DVD disc.

 

-water condensation has occurred. If it has, remove

 

disc and leave player on for several hours.

 

-system connection is correct.

There is no sound.

-the speakers are plugged in.

-the sound setup of DVD disc is correct.

 

 

-disc is dirty or warped. If it is, clean it or press it.

 

 

There is no picture.

-TV is turned on and in correct video mode.

-system connection is correct.

 

Poor AV performance.

-disc is dirty or warped. If it is, clean it or press it.

Cannot continue to play and

-it is in A-B repeat status.

-it is true, press A-B button to cancel it.

Static or other external interference may cause the player to function abnormally. If you are still having problems, then please disconnect the power and consult your service center or a qualified technician.
