Manual Program
The Manual Program (P1) profile begins as a flat line. You control CrossRamp and resistance settings using the

• To exercise indefinitely in any program (with the |
exception of Weight Loss), an unlimited exercise time |
setting may be an available option. Refer to Selecting a |
Program. |
• If your level of exertion becomes too great, reduce your |
strides per minute and change the CrossRamp or |
resistance settings using the arrow keys to override |
each upcoming column in the program profile. |
• To pause during a program, stop pedaling. Refer to |

• When you complete a program that contains a time |

• Default time limits exist for the |
pause mode. |
• Cumulative workout statistics appear when you end |
