Before you perform any of the electrical connection corrective actions listed in the following table, make sure that you have fully charged batteries and you power down the system. In each case, if the corrective action does not work, contact your service center.

DX Module Fault

Turn the controller off, then on again. If this does not work, check

 

 

the connections at the joystick, the power module, and any other

 

 

accessory module that your Jazzy may have. If this still does not

 

 

work, contact your local Jazzy provider.

DX Accessory Fault

Power down the Jazzy and check all the connections to your

 

 

accessories. You may have a shorted circuit in one of these

 

 

connections (e.g., a light bulb is shorted or open).

Left Motor Fault

Check the connection between the power module and the left

 

 

motor. There may be a short or bad connection. The motor itself

 

 

may be bad.

Right Motor Fault

Check the connection between the power module and the right

 

 

motor. There may be a short or bad connection. The motor itself

 

 

may be bad.

Left Park Brake Fault

Check the connection between the power module and the left

 

 

motor. There may be a short or bad connection.

Right Park Brake Fault

Check the connection between the power module and the right

 

 

motor. There may be a short or bad connection.

Low Battery Fault

Check the battery connections and terminals. Check that the circuit

 

 

breaker is not tripped. Reset it if necessary.

Overvoltage Fault

Contact your service center.

CANL Fault

Contact your service center.

10

CANH Fault

Contact your service center.

Stall Timeout Fault

Turn the system off, then turn it on again.

12

Module Mismatch

Contact your service center.
