Note: The prices quoted here are for U.S. location only. Prices for the other areas
can be obtained by calling the appropriate numbers listed below.
MTBF: 20,000 Hours based on 25% mechanical duty cycle, 25% electronic duty
cycle (power on), excluding the printhead. The printhead is considered a
consumable and the wear is dependent on usage, media and ribbon.
MTBPM: No specific maintenance is required other than routine operator cleaning.
MTT Install: 15 Minutes, user installable.
MTTR: 20 Minutes
End User PM: Periodic cleaning, depending on site environment, amount of usage and
media used. For exact procedures review the appropriate T5000 User’s Manual.

II. Training: Training for the T5000 Thermal Printer for service and maintenance is a two (2) day class. Classes
are offered on a regular scheduled basis at our training centers or by special arrangement at the
