FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE
The treadmill console offers an impressive array of features designed to help you get the most from your workouts. When the manual mode of the console is se- lected, the speed and incline of the treadmill can be changed with the touch of a button. As you exercise, the console will display continuous exercise feedback. You can even measure your heart rate using the built- in handgrip pulse sensor.

The iFit system enables the console to accept iFit interactive workout cards containing workouts designed to help you achieve specific fitness goals.
