5. With the help of a second person, carefully tip
the treadmill onto its right side. Partially fold the
Frame (51) so the treadmill is more stable; do
not fully fold the Frame yet.
Attach two Wheels (91) to the Base (90) with a
3/8" x 2 3/4" Bolt (9) and a 3/8" Nut (13). Do not
overtighten the Nut; the Wheels must turn
freely.

4. Attach the Right Upright (83) to the Base (90)
with a 3/8" x 3 1/2" Patch Bolt (8), a 3/8" x 1 1/2"
Patch Bolt (6), and two 3/8" Star Washers (12)
in the indicated locations. Be careful not to
pinch the Wire Harness (84). Partially tighten
the Patch Bolts until the heads of the Patch
Bolts touch the Base; do not fully tighten the
Patch Bolts yet.

3. Identify the Right Upright (83), which is marked
with a sticker. Have a second person hold the
Right Upright near the Base (90). Seethe inset
drawing.Tie the wire tie in the Right Upright se-
curely around the end of the Wire Harness (84).
Then, pull the other end of the wire tie until the
Wire Harness is routed completely through the
Right Upright.
