Thank you for selecting the PROFORM® C700 weight storage bench. The weight bench is designed to help you develop the major muscle groups of the upper body and offers a storage location for your dumbbell set. Whether your goal is to tone your body, build dra- matic muscle size and strength, or improve your cardio- vascular system, the weight bench will help you to achieve the specific results you want.
For your benefit, read this manual carefully before using the weight bench. If you have additional ques- tions, please call our Customer Service Department
