If you have a question about your air purifier, call our
Quantum Pure Aire Corporation warrants this air purifier to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. If the unit is damaged in shipping or fails in operation, notify us immediately.

If your unit is within the warranty period, it will be repaired at no cost to you.
Only Quantum Pure Aire Customer Service can issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for repair. NO returns will be accepted without a RA#. After obtaining a RA#, forward the unit and the AC adapter prepaid to the address below. It is recommended that the RA# be prominently placed on the outside of the shipping carton. Failure to follow these steps may lead to unnecessary delay and expense in processing your request.
If the unit is beyond the warranty period, we will repair, retrofit or otherwise return the unit to an operational state. You will be given the cost of the repairs prior to your returning it to us. ALL REPAIRS MUST BE PREPAID.
All warranty benefits are void if the unit is, (a) operated contrary to the operating manual; (b) serviced by an unauthorized agent; or (c) misused or abused.
This warranty is NOT TRANSFERABLE unless authorized by the factory. No agent or reseller is authorized to warranty or repair this product.
NO OTHER WARRANTY OTHER THAN THIS WARRANTY IS VALID.
