SOUND – Choose SOUND from the Ma in Menu to
adjust the game volume higher or l ower. Do so by
tapping the SCROLL arrows on the tou chscreen.
CONTRAST – Choose CONTR AST from the Main
Menu to adjust the brightness of th e screen tap-
ping the SCROLL arrows on the touchs creen.
MEMORY – Choose MEMORY from the Ma in
Menu to clear all of your scoring info rmation that
is stored in Brain Games. You will be pro mpted
to confirm whether you wish to clear ou t all of the
MEMORY. Select Yes or No to confirm. Once you
clear the memory it can not be r ecovered.
SLEEP MODE – The unit will go to sle ep if nothing
is pressed / tapped within 1 min ute, and can be
awakened by pressing the On butto n.

• U sing a screwdriver (not inc luded), loosen the
screw until the battery comp artment door can
be removed.
• I nsert two (2) A AA (LR03) bat teries as indicated

tighten the screw with a screwdriver. Do not
over-tighten.

Focus – In this brain game you are s hown an
image to memorize.
You are then told the relationship of the
original image and the corre ct answer. You
then need to select the correc t image from 4
very similar images that ar e displayed on the
touchscreen. The higher the s kill level, the
less time you have to memorize the orig inal
image. After completing the exer cise, the
game will display how many you got corr ect.
Recall – In this brain game you a re given a
list of words to memorize within a per iod of
time. Use the Scroll arrows at the top an d
bottom of the touchscreen to show mo re
words. After a short time you wil l be given an
opportunity to recall as ma ny of those words
as possible and group them into “C hunks”.
At the top of the screen it will give you a cat-
egory and you will select the wo rds that fall
into those categories. You will then be ta ken
to the next brain game to return later. Afte r
you have completed the other brain ga mes,
you will return and be shown those wor ds
and several others. Your objective is to pi ck
as many of those words that you groupe d into
chunks, and not the ones that were n’t on the
list. After completing the exer cise, the game
will display how many you got correc t.
SCORE – Choose SCORE from the Ma in Menu.
The score option keeps a tally of ever y TESTING
session played. This is a great way to m easure
your progress over time. After ea ch TESTING
session is played, an average (o r percentage)
is measured based on all 5 bra in games that
were played. These are recorde d in the SCORE
section. A bar chart is shown t hat represents
how well you brain has flexed its muscle. T he
more you practice the exercises i n TRAINING
the stronger your brain’s muscle wil l be for your
TESTING.
